This is the 9 oz. Fostoria American Footed Tumbler.  It is a substantial piece of drinkware, even though it is only about 4⅜” tall.  Very versatile in its usage, it would be a welcome addition to the breakfast, lunch or dinner table. It is the perfect size for serving juice at breakfast, or water at dinner. Introduced into the American line around 1938, it was produced for many years thereafter.

Fostoria | American | Footed Tumbler - 9 oz.The Footed Tumbler has a Look-Alike piece in the Whitehall patterns.  You can easily tell the difference between the two if you look for the number of mould seams.  In the case of this particular piece, Fostoria American will have three; the Whitehall products will have two.
